Everything You Need to Succeed
We have a tried and tested training program, offered to you at no cost, and setting you up to take the lead.
Sales or Call Centre experience is preferable. However, it is not an absolute requirement as we provide training.
Our systems require a laptop or desktop that can run Google Chrome and (preferably) Zoom.
Good quality calls require a headset wit microphone functionality that connects to your computer via a USB port.
To access all our systems, you will need a stable WiFi internet connection. Unfortunately, a mobile hotspot or tethering will not do.

I started with COMM a little while after lockdown first hit South Africa. After a while in the call centre I was promoted to become a Quality Assurance agent. When this department dissolved, I was promoted to the current position I hold which is Recruitment & Training Manager. This department is responsible for all the recruiting & training of all new call centre agents at COMM. During a nationwide lockdown, I was able to progress in my career & grow as a person. The opportunities that were open to me helped me to become more skilled in my field and taught me valuable skills which will be used as I continue to grow in the secular environment.
Benjamin Botha
I first started at COMM in 2019 as a call centre agent. COMM seen my potential and offered me a Quality Control agent position in November of 2019. During my time as Quality Control agent I was able to further my knowledge and gain a much better understanding of the industry we are working in. In September 2020 I was promoted to my current role which is the Forensics Manager which has allowed me to play a crucial role in the company and has given me the opportunity to grow and give my input when necessary changes need to take place.
Jamie Tracey
I started as a student fresh out of school no experience with in Call Centre. I started as a retentions Agent at Call on Me. I then switched over to our Call Centre to try something out of my comfort zone… This is were I developed my passion working with clients in the Call Centre. Our director Sean Davey once said “you will never be successful if you do not step out of your comfort zone” This quote stuck with me on my journey. In a year’s time I broke the record in our Call Centre and took home the Call Centre Agent Of The Year Award. I always believe, to have a goal in life is the only way to be successful… Call on Me Marketing is my family. COMM is a company where we form part of one united big family. You won’t get the support you get from Call On Me as individuals anywhere else. This company made me find myself as an individual.
Chanelle Trollip
I have been with Call On Me Marketing for about a month and some change, I am enjoying the experience as well as the lesson that are being taught. Call On Me Marketing has a welcoming feel to it. They have this fun way of having meetings on a Friday. There is also this cool way of celebrating your sales and encouraging each other. There is The Rainmaker that is there to answer all the questions that you may have, Sales Guru which gives tips on how to improve one’s sales, Dynamic Dialer that makes sure your dial your hours and last but not least Quantum Qualifier that’s assists with the quality of your leads. Each and everyone helps one to achieve your goal. I had the privilege of being at the office and wow I must say it was the best, there is a time to be working, a time for jokes and as well as a time to get to know each other. So in August 2020 I started working at Call On Me Marketing as a Call Centre agent And then went to quality control Since I’ve been in the COMM family developed confidence that I never had before COMM is a company that can make you feel like you are worth something and The Managers and everyone in the company will always encourage you to do your best and there is always positivity around us I have so much respect for Sean and Lyndall their hard work and their really inspire me to be successful I feel being at COMM operated a lot of doors for me since I’ve been in Quality Control I can say I have learnt a lot and I don’t think that I would have come so far without COMM Thank you COMM for giving me a chance.

My journey with Comm has been a rather exciting one. It started off with me actually looking like the mascot of the purple team with my purple hair. When I walked into the Call Centre the first time I felt at home. I remember the day of my interview I was welcomed by Lelani and her warm smile, then Joyce blew me away with her amazing cup of coffee, I knew this is where I want be. So it started back in March 2019. I had the opportunity to work with amazing bunch of people. A few of them still going strong. I am very proud to say my mentor uncle D who I used to irritate the most taught me a lot back then. We would have music blaring , singalongs to “treffers” and still make those sales. Let’s not forget the dress up theme days. Was always looking forward to that. Now 2021 and there have been changes like working from home yet still feels like you in the office that is for sure. But one thing still stands. Being the market leaders in the industry and now the only lead supplier. The method works and it is proven. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side I can say this from experience. Having left made I realised that this is where I belong. COMM is definitely not just a company it’s a family. And the opportunity to grow is endless. I am extremely excited for what lies ahead. I am really happy to be back and ready to start making more money and a lot more money. Special thanks to Uncle D who is there to always calm me down and get me back on track even though he has so much on his plate, Chanelle “potloot” who is my inspiration. To Chanelle the game changer your games keep us motivated and engaged. And also to Lyndall who sees my potential. Thank you to one and all that ensures we get paid.
