Lyndall Davey

General Manager

Lyndall has been on the team since day one, working her  way up through various departments to her current position where she manages every detail within the company. With background experience as a Financial Advisor, she understands the complexities of the profession, enabling her to recognise and implement services, systems and processes that will assist them in growing their business. She has proven that with dedication, a desire for excellence and relenting passion, anything is achievable.

Her passion within the business is to completely remodel the public perception around cold-calling through implementing extensive training and development into soft-skills and approach. She strongly believes that the way in which agents engage with clients is fundamental to the sustainability of the industry, as well as, the success of the lead referrals.

Whether it be uplifting her team, raising the bar in terms of customer service or ensuring excellence and professionalism within every process, people and their success is what drives her dedication to Call On Me Marketing. .

Leslie Davey

Head of Human Resources

Leslie holds the important task of heading the Human Resources department which plays an essential role in providing service excellence and upholding the company mission, vision and values.

His primary objective is to track every department’s work processes and production. By provide support to each member of staff by providing them with higher training as necessary, it is ensured that all departments run smoothly while offering the best possible service experience to all who make contact with Call On Me Marketing.

In charge of ensuring that orders get placed.

Ensures that relevant feedback is provided to a Financial Advisor when they have an issue with a lead such as when they could not get into contact with the client.

Runs audits on the data to detect any anomalies and address them accordingly. Also assists in establishing possible reasons for agents not performing according to standard and providing assistance accordingly.

Ensures that systems administration of the company run smoothly and effectively.
Also acts as Assistant HR Administrator and Office Manager.
